There are plenty of shopping areas on the Emerald Coast including an indoor mall, outdoor malls, a premium outlet mall, shopping centers, and plenty of independent stores. Try not to be too closed-minded about your shopping destination, because there are so many stores hiding away in shopping center corners and on Hwy.98 that become a blur if driving by too quickly.
Turn your head and look around when you are at stoplights instead of staring at your phone, and you might see a store you never knew was there and that you never knew you wanted to visit. Many independent merchants may not have a big social media presence because they concentrate on satisfying their customers rather than on how many “likes” and “followers” they can accumulate.
